215/X15 trailers

Just wondering if anyone with a 215/X15 boat has trouble with hitting the trailers cross members. Kind of curious as to why Mastercraft would not have put a roller on one of the cross members. Are old 210 had one and it would load with a breeze. So I'm little surprised the new 215 does not have at least one also.

No rollers on our X2 either, or old 209 trailer had one in the front... Maybe there's no need. I was wondering if I need to buy a rubber cover for that section at least???
