State Quarters/ Calling all Texas Members

Up here in Ohio, I have yet to see any Texas State Quarters from the Denver mint. If you collect them, you'll know what I'm talking about. So if any of you have the Denver mints.....I would love to work out a way to get some up here.

On the face of the quarter, there is either a "D" or "P" in very small print.

I have been collecting the new quarters. IM me what you are looking for and I can check this week/weekend. I know we have alot of duplicates but not sure if they are any you need.

I've seen no Texas quarters from either mint. On the other hand, in Texas, they're sort of all Texas quarters.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

Man, no sooner had I written that one than I looked in my desk drawer and pulled out a Texas quarter with a "D" right under "In God We Trust." On the back, there's an outline of the state with a big star on it. Above it, it says "Texas 1845." Right around where Juarez would be, it says, "The Lone Star State."

So, Mag, the answer is, I got one right here.

Man, you're not going to believe this. I just looked again. I gots 2 of 'em.

Funny after I read your post Mag and every single TX quarter I've looked at has a D on it
these are used and probably not collector quarters but we definitely get the D quarters here since Doug and I both have them.
how many do you need?
