Went to the 14.25x14.5 prop and the top speed dropped to 35-36 with same load.

Okay, I would like to compile a list, only because it matters to me and perhaps others. If you would be so kind (inboards only)

7. Prop dimensions (# of blades and pitch) 12.x12v tc xmp oj 4blade (stock prop)
8. Octane of fuel --- 87
9. Normal operating Elevation 15-20 ft above sea level
10. Anything else you want to add that may make performance different
2 people, 2 skis, 4 vests, 2 ropes, 1 mushroom anchor
no ballast,
91 degree water temp,
93 degree air temp
18 beers & 4 waters & 1 bag of ice
no wind to speak of..
very light ripple on the water
windshield closed
tower with board racks
WOT is very scary on my little lake
