Foot'n Pics!
After a two month break from footin for various reasons, I got back out on the water tonight with Rockman and Sassydog.
Got in a couple good runs in some not so good water. Big thanks goes out to CHICAGO MASTERCRAFT for the use of the boat ![]() |

Last pic is Rockman working on his back deeps......I'll attribute most of the failures to driver error
me being the driver!Forgot to mention about that the water temp is about 99 degrees and the air temp. was 104 ![]() |

Holy cow, back deeps, I was on Lake Granby on Saturday with my buddy Bobby Voisard (you footers recall him) and he was doing back step-offs on my 205 but I was a might slow at 8000 feet. He was 4 mph under his preference and still crossing wake. I think we need a BF resurgency as it seems as the wakeboarders get all the love lately. However, when you step off, people just stop and say 'damn.'

Fletch, I passed by Granby Saturday and thought it would be great to get in a set but had no boat with me. Weather was hot, how was the water. You guys ever come down to the tournaments in Brighton and Loveland?

Gotta love the fox for footing. Nothing says I had a good day like the sinus headache I get after a day of footing out there!! The best time is middle to late august when you get that nice green slime that you can actually see peel up off the surface of the water in the spray. I finally started using medical tape to cover the nose while learning back deeps (still learning!). The tape works great. The other thing that helps is keeping saline solution in the boat. After a run I flush out the nose.
