Certainly appears that way, going to do the real deal in about an hour. Our polling place was slammed this morning but recent word is that is at the walk on in level right now.

So embarrassed about all this......they say they won't even start checking the validity of these ballots until tommorrow. If it goes like the other states, most will be thrown out. It wouldn't be an issue, except for Bush's narrow margin of victory in Ohio and the nunber of provisional ballots
