SoCal - Castaic / Piru / Pyramid / Web
Looking for people interested in skiing on any of these three lakes... Castaic is my 'main' lake of choice these days, but I have recently been on Lake Web at Buena Vista Rec - and had a really good time.

Since you go out to BV, why don't you come up to the Nationals in August and ski with me? We are a 1/2 hour east of BV. Let me know? B

Hey I am down for a drive up that way if there are some camping spots that we can stay at? Do any of those lakes have camping?

Hey slink... absolutely. We get down to SD 4-5 times a year and have been dying to find a place to ski down there. It is our get away town!! We love it!

Castaic does have some camping - but it is not lake front... it is up the hill and a little over... but it is doable... I dont know about Piru, or Pyramid, but Buena Vista (Lake Web) defintely does... A great place to go with a bunch of friends.

San vincente(SP), It is a boats only fresh water lake! has a seperate slalom coarse, cost an additional 5 per person but well worth it. it is right of the 67. you might be able to google earth it.
