Acme Prop on an X-Star?

I am in the market for another prop for my 05 X-Star. Has anyone used an ACME prop on one of the newer X-Stars? I have the MCX engine. I have been known to have a few teens in the boat and the ballast full. When the ballast is full, we are usually running at 22-23 MPH riding the Sky Ski. Don't do much high speed (over 30 mph) running or (heaven forbid) tubing!

I have a 2006 X-Star with MCX engine. I am currently using the ACME 13.25 x 15.5 prop, I believe their model number is 977. Anyway, the boat has great low end pull, accelerates very smoothly, and I get a top speed around 40 give or take depending on how heavily the boat is loaded. You could probably get a bit more top speed with a prop with more pitch, but I think you would be very satisfied with this one for your needs.

I have an ACME prop with a low pitch to allow for more than 3000# of ballast + people. ACME was the best one we could find...

We use Acme props at the shop, and they work awesome on the X-Stars.
