oh yes .. sorry, I was talking about the fuel hose that connects to the fuel pump. Mine is a stiff black one but I understand the newer ones are corrugated flexible type. Did you replace the hose and if so, with what. I'm preparing for the day when mine decides its going to pop off

I actually had the corrugated one on the existing pump. The new pump came with a stiff black one which we had to shorten to make it fit. Works just fine.
