Needed a spot for my smoker, so we decided to add a fireplace and pizza oven too. Smoker space on left for Kamardo joe for now, fireplace in middle, and pizza oven on right. Canít wait for the finished product....then the real wait begins for it to cure.

My homemade controller worked great for the Thanksgiving turkey smoke. It held 325 even when it was in the 30s outside. My smoker couldn't even get to 325 in previous years.

Finally got all the brick work done turned into more of a project than I thought....first cook will be a hog or prime rib on the rotisserie (2nd pic is from fireplace at our camp) and of course pizza. Waiting on it to dry is a tough 14 days and counting.

Looks great, that is outdoors and under the living space? Where does the fireplace flue go?
