I had a Challenger V-hull with the same engine/hp. What top speed does he get out of it? Best I could muster was 65.

At basically sea level he can get 60mph, +/- 2 mph. I think he said the hull is rated for much more than that---perfect for a blown 502.

It is fun to drive/ride in.

Yea. He had them add a few custom touches when they built it --- left-hand drive, gas pedal.
