CSX SS delivered today

I bought a 2007 CSX 220 in San Diego and had it shipped to Hawaii two weeks ago. Ill have it in the water the next 5 days and will get some pictures soon. The boat is in great shape and I cant wait. I have some questions for the experienced CSX guys on here.
1. Mine did not come with a ladder in the anchor compartment. Does anyone have a source or part number. The state of Hawaii requires a ladder and Id rather not put on on the teak platform.
2. Same for the struts that hold up the cutting board / sink cover. They wont hold the weight up anymore.
3. Ill be taking off the Switchblade wake Enhancer. I don't think it is for me since Ill have small kids swimming behind the platform. If anyone wants it make me an offer.
4. The last owners manufactured a Y pipe to direct the exhaust under the water. I'm sure this is nice for fumes, but wont this reduce the Horsepower?? I think I will try it on and off before I decide to keep it or not.

Any other advise or tips on this boat would be appreciated. I'm not new to inboards, but this is my first Mastercraft and my first Center Console anything.

Here is a link on eBay for the boarding ladder:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/558042-MAST...RZsr5R&vxp=mtr

The picture on the box does not match what is supposed to be under the front anchor lid but it may be worth a call/e-mail to the owner to discuss.

Check out mcpartsdepot.com for the shocks for the motorbox hatches. Just measure the shock length and find one that matches on their site.

Sounds like a Fresh Air Exhaust. Plenty of threads on here about that. Take pics and someone on here will confirm what it is. If it is a FAE, don't just throw it away as it will have value to someone on here.

You can try Great Lakes skipper, west marine, and or https://mcpartsdepot.com/collections...ardware/ladder. You should be able to find what you need there.

Here is a pic of the switchblade and the exhaust attachment. I'm going to have it in the water this morning so those pics will be coming soon. Thanks for the ladder link and parts advice.

Isn't that exhaust pipe increasing drag a lot and I think it's messing with the reverse steering, havnt driven a inbaord inn8 years but it wouldn't steer in reverse very well.

Welcome and SWEET looking boat, Jordan! Which island you on?

And, what kind of $$ did it take to ship from San Diego to HI?
