If it's the one I'm thinking about, it looks to be in good shape. Although the hours are super low, my boat was also really low (being in the Colorado region). Sometimes these boats just don't get used very much due to short season or lack of lakes.
Can the dealer hook up the diagnostics to verify the hours? That might give you a comfort level. My 94' 3 years ago had 200 hours on it....so really low too. Fortunately, I haven't had anything go wrong with my boat. My friend has a 2000 205 with the LTR engine and has also had very good luck with his (same engine as you are looking at).

If the boat is a 2002, don't get it.

The dealer should have a diagnosis computer which will tell the hours registered on the ecm.

525 hours on my LTR with no issues.
Also, isn't the Malibu Moonson 330 and LTR the same motor? |

I have upper 700s for hours on the LTR 330 and still super strong. Like anything it all depends on how well it is taken care of.
