Glass Half Full

We are very lucky to enjoy the MC Lifestyle, so it is hard to complain once she is stowed away for the long winterís nap. Near 80 sweet hours aboard made for more tremendous memories.

Like many on TT we are gamely steeling ourselves for alternative off-season pastimes and good fun. It is both rewarding and a blast to watch our young son progress in fall tennis and hoops. Meanwhile, our snow ski gear is looking forward to breaking out of the sports closet.

Despite all these gifts and more first world problems, not infrequently, I get a little grumpy, if not teary eyed, for boat season. Both the crew and our non boating peeps just roll their eyes and harrumph at my mild depression.

Off season sucks. Someone hand me a tissue.

Agree. I have to go out every couple days and check on her, and continue to learn about her...

It's painful to stuff the boat in the garage until March / April. Thankful for a fantastic season with friends and family; we logged close to 180 hours on Tablerock and traveled to Center Hill for a fantastic weekend with fellow team talkers. It's a nice trade to watch the snow pile up. We wait to see where the conditions are best and chase storms. My Daughter skis, Son rides and I ski. Bring on the white stuff!

^Would love to have storage where tinkering, upgrades, and a few drinks aboard were possible. Jealous.

Did break out the beast in first Denver snowfall this AM.
