Threading wires in ZFT3 (2007 x45)

Anyone have any tips on threading some more wires up through the ZFT3 tower? I'd like to add an accessory (power for a gopro) and have had a devil of a time threading a wire through the tower openings.

I've seen pros use treaded fishing line and compressed air or vacuum to feed the line in the passage ways. Something like this https://youtu.be/c6y5gyldRDE
