How to determine Correct Trailer Bunk Height?

I've got an '89 Tristar 190 and it is a PITA to load a lot of times.

I've wondered if the bunks on the trailer have been tweeked in the past and are incorrectly adjusted.

How can you check to see if they're in the right position (height) for launching/landing you boat?
