Drain plug location on 2017 MV8 6.2

Hello all,

I was hoping someone could help me locate the drain plugs on my MV8 6.2L. I had the boat winterized by my dealer and went to dewinterize it and couldn’t find where to put the block drain plugs. I reconnected the two lower cooling hoses off the exhaust manifold then went to put the drain plugs in and couldn’t for the life of me find where to screw them in. My forearms are so cut up from looking for them I look like I got in a fight with a mountain lion. If anyone could help me find them I would greatly appreciate it. Pictures would be AWESOME!!!!

Thanks guys!

I don't know if any thing changed on the 2017 6.2, however mine are 2 drain hoses, that drop about 6" into the bilge. (2013)

15ís have the same two drain hoses that come out of the lower block on port and starboard sides. Good news is they are easier to access, bad news is you need two wrenches, one on the brass end of the hose and another on the plug bolt.

Thanks Moosehead! Sounds like it should be easy to find once I get back down to the boat. Wish I would have posted this while I was down there. I would have been on the water surfing instead of watching everyone else!
