Serious as far as roof damage doesn’t have to have leaks. Its that all the asphalt granules get knocked off reducing the life. We had one around 10 years ago. I didn’t think anything about it until everyone was getting their roofs replaced. When the adjuster got out there he showed me all the asphalt in the gutters. From the ground the roof looked fine.

my experience has been different.. they walked all over the roof too... they covered my roof from hail, my house from an unauthorized party, my motorcycle and hail on 2 different trucks...

maybe it is the agent too???

Now days if your house isn't in the storm radar returns you will have a harder time...

rates are comparable with everyone else...
