Here is the part number. You can definitely find it cheaper through a search.

Removable pylon

One of these might work:

are other parts also needed?

Thanks for the fast reply. I found that part number on a marine surplus dealer and now have what looks like the correct ski pylon. However, the "hole" that it goes in is much larger than the ski pylon. Is there a collar type of part that the pylon locks into?

Thanks everyone for your help.

The part in both Hogwild and tph's links are not the correct pylon for an 06 X30. The correct pylon will have a spring and cross bar at the base that get twisted into the mount on the boat.

Thanks all

Thanks for the posts everyone. Ordered part number 554344 and it is definitely the wrong one... it's on its way back.

I believe I have sourced the correct one from a dealer near my cottage - they originally said they didn't have one and weren't sure about getting it. We'll see what they come up with.

If that doesn't happen, I will get back to you Ovrblt.
