New line of OJ Props - Wake Pro Series

So I dinged the prop on my '03 X-10 and was getting some pretty good vibration out of the hole and at closer to top speeds so I figured it was time to upgrade. I called Eric @ OJ and based on my boat, set up, and tendencies he recommended the new Wake Pro series (#805 14.75 x 15.5) Its new...apparently so new that there's not a whole lot of info out there on it. I'm installing this weekend, bit in the meantime, is anyone else running one of these?

By the way, I can't speak highly enough of Eric and OJ. He replied to emails on the weekend and even shipped me the prop before he received payment because he knew I was in a rush. Those guys define what customer service is all about.

I run that prop sometimes on my X-star, great all around prop for me. Good enough for some extra ballast if you don't go crazy with too much, and fast enough for footin' behind the star with a top end around 41-42. Your X-10 should love it!

I wonder what makes it a "wake pro series?" I've had mine for about 3 years.

That was part of my question as well, didn't know if it was actually a new design or just a rebranding of an existing model.

Eric replied back to me this morning saying that they changed the blade shape as well as how the prop is pitched through the blade and that in testing they are quicker and faster than the XMP.

I'd like to see that too.

Hey willyt, did you ever get your 15 X 12 prop you were talking about before? If so, how is it?

Total redesign from blade shape to pitch distribution across the blade. New sizes better performance, more low end as well as top end. Current sizes below.

805 - 14.75 X 15.25 - 5.7 stock prop, standard ballast - 6.2 loaded
812 - 14.75 X 15.75 - 6.0 stock prop standard ballast -7.4/8.1 loaded
815 - 14.75 X 14.5 - 5.7/6.0 loaded
818 - 14.75 X 17.5 - 7.4/8.1 stock prop, standard ballast
820 - 14.75 X 17 - 6.2 stock prop, standard ballast
825 - 14.75 X 13.875 - extreme ballast

Eric,
how does the 825 compare with the former 14.75x13? Honestly, i'm still considering the acme 15x12 for more holeshot but a little concerned about RPMs at wakeboard speed. really dont care about cruising or top speed. Also, could you PM me prices?
