Try Top Golf. Food was good, the driving range was fun and they had a live band.

My wife and I were just there in early December and we are not much for gambling so sight seeing and people watching was high on the list. That said, here are a few things we did:
1) Grand Canyon Sky Walk
2) Hoover Dam
3) Horseback Ride thru Red Rock Canyon
4) Walk the strip.....always entertaining along with seeing fountains at Bellagio.
5) Dream Racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway: I went and drove laps on a road course in a Corvette and Lamborghini but you can pick from just about any exotic car. You have an instructor with you and it is the thrill of a lifetime.

Have fun.

On the way to the Dam stop at the Coffee Cup for breakfast in Boulder city. On the way back stop at Fox's Barbecue also in Boulder City you won't be disappointed. All local spots. If you want a boat ride or pull hit me up when time gets closer I can usually make time.

We won't be leaving the strip. Uber and taxi only. We have done the dam many times and the Grand Canyon.
Looking for cool things on the strip or close.

If you've ever watched Pawn Stars, drop in to their place. Much smaller than it appears on TV. There is also a custom car place just off of the strip but I can't remember the name of it. Oh, and since you two like people watching, Fremont street.

There is a show called Absinthe and its in front of Cesar's Palace. Hands down of he the funniest, crudest shows I have ever seen. You will be in for a real treat.

Its a combination of circus acts and comedy. You wont be disappoint, but its not kid friendly.

Hit gold and silver pawn"pawn stars" which is down near Fremont street and the old Vegas. Fremont has a zip line that runs the full length I think you can do the 2 blocks or 4 block. Buy a bus pass I think it's like $20 for 2 or 3 days and it will run you up and down the strip. Don't walk from casino to casino it's farther than it looks.

Neon Museum and Pinball Museum. Neons of the classic Strip hotels and casinos. After sunset. Reservations required. Worth it. Hundreds of playable pinball machines at Pinball Museum. If you played them in the 60s, 70s, or 80s, it is likely you can play the game again. And many of the newer ones also.
