oil dipstick grommet replacement for LTR 330

The rubber grommet/boot where my engine oil dipstick goes in is cracked and may fall off soon. I guess the dipstick will be flopping around and unable to read oil level accurately then. '01 ProStar190 EVO with the LTR 330 engine. Local MC dealer says the part is no longer available, which is disappointing. Not exactly an uncommon engine it seems. Any ideas for where I could get one? Or maybe replace the dipstick with one with a built-in boot which slides over dipstick tube, and still reads accurately? The metal dipstick tube is slightly flared at the top. I've already searched online to no avail, about to contact Indmar and maybe some online parts dealers directly, but figured I'd try here first. Pic attached; it's worse than it looks in the pic.

The yellow part? Just take it to a parts store and find something that fits.
If your talking about the outside rubber boot, replace the dipstick. One bolt and pull it out. Any GM 350 dipstick will work.

Thank you Shaun R. Not the yellow O-ring on the dipstick, just the outside black rubber boot on the tube. I assume you're suggesting replacing the entire dipstick tube and dipstick together. I'll certainly explore that. Thanks again!

Yeah, just get another for a GM 350 and the fill level will line right up. You may have to bend it a little to clear the risers, but it should be a simple install for around 40bux.

I can't find a replacement dipstick that is long enough in any auto parts store. It appears the dipstick for the LTR 330 is much longer than that of a car or truck. The universal ones aren't even long enough.

Know of where I can purchase the OEM or similar? Much thanks.
