Not a northerner, but my last outing was Sat 10/20 here in Colorado. It was gorgeous, but just took a quick slalom set before taking the boat home to winterize.... :-(

I little unnerving while you wakeboard and can see your reflection, but also stumps and stuff on the bottom. It is 10-12 feet deep, so I know I am fine, but strange.

That is why I gear up and ski year round. Pacific Northwest glass and NO ONE around for miles.

Same here on the year-around skiing. Not many boats left on lifts on Lake Sammamish. The only issue these days is dense morning fog.

Our crew is done for the season. Water temp is well below 50 degrees.

Last two years we went into mid November. At this rate we may have a foot of ice on the lake by Thanksgiving.

Surf Santa made a quick cameo.
