That looks good. Did you do the upholstery work yourself? Did you have to beef up the engine compartment dividers? I did a similar upgrade to my '99 205v. I cut the deck into 3 pieces and sent it to Viper for upholstery. I'm not happy with the work they did. They cut new aluminum sections for the side hatches and they don't fit well. They also used smaller brackets for the side hatches. Yours looks way more sturdy. And they said they would fit it for latches like yours, but they didn't.

If you don't mind sharing, where did you get those brackets? I may fix mine before they loosen up completely.

if by brackets you mean hinges, they were made at a local shop. They are 24" long x 2.5 x 3 x 2.5. Yes, a bit confusing. Upholstery was done by local person as well.

How much of a gap is between the 3 panels? Did you just cut it or remove material?

Hinges were made by a local machine shop in a town in which I no longer live. I would think if you find a shop locally and explain to them what you want to do and/or show them these photos they could take measurements, and make you some.

Where did you come up with the front to back support brackets? Is that Starboard?
