Double check that the 2 cables that feed the DSP from the touchscreen are connected properly.

Check the "Amp" Fuse under the amp mount cover on the right side of the board. I believe its a 3 amp. The fuse holder is labeled

Same problem my brother had, Never had a problem again

Thanks, Iíll check.. thought I looked at that one, but there are few fuses under there. Seems like that would be the problem.... something simple I am overlooking

UPDATE... so, I guess the DSP is temperamental to what config file is loaded and the equipment you have. I should have loaded the Premium Audio package without Tower Pods instead of Enhanced Audio Package without Tower pods... system fired right up according to my dealer after he loaded the correct one. Glad to hear it wasn't anything serious.

Similar issue on friends xstar, the dsp needed to be replaced. It looked like everything was playing but no sound at all.

Just got my 18 XT21 with Klipsch advanced audio package, I was pretty concerned about this system after reading all the posts, but I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised! My dealer said they did an update before delivery, so it may not have been good prior, but man the bass is good and everything is crystal clear. I do hope and pray that another update will come to allow zone controls for the tower speakers, but overall, I love it.

Second that...I have 2018 NXT with 4 S70 tower speakers and the Advanced Audio. I know the new 2019s will allow for the zone adjustments. Has anyone heard if it's a sowtware update?...I heard I have to get a whole new head unit. Hoping Klipsch will respond....and the head unit is $789!
