I think they should come out with a modern version of the 205. I don think you could ever have a best of both worlds. I settled on the x10, surfs great, Wakeboards great and can get a little slalom/footin in but will never come close to a 190,197 wake. If they had something close to a 205 in 2013 when I purchased I would of went that route. I prefer the DD over the v drive any day, but from a in the boat functionality portion with a family this was the best viable option.

I got a call last night that my friend that just bought a 2014 needed a driver for a few sets. So I hopped into the ol 84 and buzzed over to his house. Pulled him for 10-15 sets and went in.

The only sucky part of this story was hopping back into my 84 to head home. Man that thing is sweet
