Make sure you check the opening of the old gasket against the new gasket. With the TBI units running the 454 TBI injectors, the standard 350 TBI gasket may not have the correct bore.

My bad; Bret has it right. Indmar used the GM big block 454 TBI unit with 2" throttle bores. The 350 and 454 TBI base gasket may be the same for both TBI versions, or you can always just trim the 350 TBI gasket throttle bore openings to match your 454 TBI unit.

The GM automotive reference used to get the TBI base gasket is an early 90's Chevy 2500 pickup w/454 V8.

Apologies if I messed you up on this. I'll send you a leftover 454 TBI base gasket I have to make amends if needed...

Found a great place for TBI parts for our girls..

http://www.sprperformance.com/

picked up some fuel inlet nuts and a spare regulator cover - great prices!

The cover on ours are braised shut from factory - when PSI hit spec - mine is 30psi.

So if I ever have to replace my spring and adjust - I now have Foobar insurance...

He rebuilds TBI's as well!

Looks like i will be building a jig fuel hose to test fuel pressure.. boat ran great tonight but fell on its face after 3200 rpm and lots of throttle left. I am betting fuel regulator.. only part left in fuel system not replaced.... but no frakin' easy way to check. The adapter that replaces fuel filter always leaks... so prolly going to build something similar to what lake weir made

Here's hoping for something easier...when's the last time you checked the inlet screen at the bottom of the pump?
