I snapped a few pics of some nice engine set-ups at the Ft. Lauderdale boat show a couple weeks ago. First time at this show and I think it was more impressive than the Miami show. Saw a yacht for sale for the bargain price of $150Mill. Mastercraft had a good in water display of the usual boats but my camera battery had died by the time I got to it so I don't have any pics.

My 87 Powerslot that I sold a few years ago. The motor was a mess when I bought it. Used it the first summer "as is" and then pulled the motor in the fall. Compression was good so all I did was re-gasket every thing and dressed it up. Used stainless hardware where it was possible. My wife asked "Why?". It's a guy thing, she would never understand.

Worthy of a repost. 8000 HP. Can't wait to go back in the spring and feel the power again.

The 1350's are bad! Twin turbo and some guys are even doing 3D and CAD to incorporate the intakes into the hull design. Cool stuff for sure!

I have one of these in my Maristar. My buddies got 2 of these. 1150 hp each.

The engine hatch power lift ram is what I was talking about.
