I'm certainly NO expert, BUT, if thats an invert you're trying, you best do that on the SIDE of the boat, not the rear.

Hey foilers, want your opinion. I have been diagnosed this week with a herniated disc s5-l1. Sciatica down the left side has been my major issue. Had an epidural yesterday for trying to calm down the sacriatic nerve inflammation and today seems much better.

Supposed to be going out with some friends on Saturday and want to spend some time on the wheel chair. Just want to ride, no jumps or silly things that could create big impacts.

would you?

Why yes I do love a rampy wake with a firm lip. Thanks for asking.

I had my back do the same thing, only mine was the L5/S1. Had sciatica all my adult life. According to my back doctor, (who by the way is a hellova foiler) told me that this type of back problem usually heals on its own. (In about 85% of the cases) So don't let this get you down. If you're feeling OK by then, by all means, go. just don't do anything stupid!
