USCG Maximum Capacity Plate/Sticker

Hey guys - new to thread!!
Looking to put a new Max Cap sticker/plate on my 91 ProStar 190 - the old one is VERY NOT LEGIBLE!! Marine patrol saw it last weekend and asked me to get a new one. Where to get one? Any thoughts? Also - what about putting a KILL SWITCH on it as well..??

I think it is ridiculous that a 190 has a capacity of 8 people and a '05 197 is 6..... that is so odd to me.

Also, since the same hull in 2008 had a different capacity rating, could one go and get a new one if the same model was 1 more person a year or two later?? I am not sure if I would go through the trouble, but it is worth a question.
