2009 X45 Upholestry......

I have red 2009 X45 and the seats have started to tear at the seams. We took it to one uplolsetry guy who said they were too far gone to repair. Would Mastercraft have the stock upholestry from that year, or what options would we have to replace them?

Thanks,

They do not. You’ll have to get a custom replacement.

I'm in the middle of a complete overhaul on my 07 x-45 right now. I got these guys name from a friend http://theupholsteryworkshop.net/mcskins/#mastercraft. They are in Texas. You remove your skins, send them to them, they duplicate them and mail em back to you, and you staple them back on. I guess they do pretty good. I called for a quote it was gonna be 5k and they would not be able to have it done till after the season. Shopped around my local upholstery shops and got quoted from 3200-4000. And 3-5 week down time. Im actually copying the interior design of an 09. She's doing all the original embroidery logos and everything and is taking 3 weeks costing $3600.

Pics when you can? Like to see what kind of work you get done. Copying a newer interior was what I was thinking. Was gonna try to get some new cool touch stuff but itís hard to get ahold of.

So you are using the site or the local vendor? Interested to see pics as well, seems like a great price.

I'm using a local upholstery lady. She's done a few MC's before and is familiar with the '09 scheme I'm looking for. Should be getting my first pieces back this week....super excited! I'll post pix soon as I get em.

Nice.. To clarify are you buying the skins and then having some else install? or are you have someone doing everything for $3,600 all in including new upholstery?

I'm removing all of the seats themselves, side panels. Dropping everything off with her, shes pulling them apart and doing allllll new upholstery, then I'll be reinstalling the seats back into the boat. $3,600

Doing my 05 X45 - taking all the panels off myself. What's the secret, they are a b*tch to remove!!!!! How am I going to get them back on is my main concern........

I'm only doing a few pieces at a time as that's all the local interior guy can get done, but by labor day I'll have it all done.... Post some pics (if it comes out okay) :-)

Post pics of y'alls interiors....
