Thank you gentlemen. Florida is unfortunately, too far.

bmr1271, thanks for looking but I'm looking for a non-V drive model and a lack of a trailer would be a major problem.....

Appreciate all the tips however!

stay in touch...considering putting my 205 up for sale

My boat might fit your criteria. Considering posting it for sale but haven't decided. I'm in SE Wisconsin.
Details: '97 PS 205 826 hrs, Aerial Freeride Tower with 2 swivel board racks, bimini. Snap-on canvas cover, Perfect Pass, Fusion Stereo system w XM Radio and 4 tower-mounted speakers - ($10k invested last 4 years). Colors are white base, blue main color, dark red accent color, and a tan/gold interior accent - timeless colors. I am 2nd owner.
This is an AWSA-approved boat that has pulled 28' and 32' off in the slalom course, but you can also fat sac it to make surf wakes, and its got a nice trick ski ramp. The tower is high, and can easily produce wake board back flips. This is a 10 passenger boat - most competitor boats in this class are 9 passenger. Can't seem to get attachments icon to work, else I'd post a picture. Maybe send me an email address or place to text and I can send a picture or two. Full disclosure, in shop for rear main seal replacement as I write this. Replaced both head gaskets in late May, and installing new fuel level signal sending unit right now. In other words, I keep the maintenance up on this boat. Upholstery in decent shape, just a couple of opened seams. Carpet is original, but not in bad shape for its age. Trailer is a little rough. I pull it 8 hrs to / from a lake I visit northern MI every summer with no problems, lights work, some rust, swing arm hinge broken, but pins hold the weight so no problem towing. Else the trailer goes unused as I have the boat on a covered lift all summer.
Let me know if this sounds interesting - I'd be listing around $17k.

Sorry it fell thru.. the early efi's are solid thats a plus.. efi sensors/codes dont always help trouble shoot an issue... but then you just go back to basics.

Sorry it didn't work out.

Keep up the search. Ijust bought one out of Boise a couple weeks ago. Having had it out a few times skiing I can say it is a great boat. Everything seems well put together. Performance with the standard 275 HP engine is really good.

I think we'll see a bunch of things come on the market as the season winds down.

Here's a link to my new boat.
