NEED HELP! 2004 X-9 Tower

Unfortunately I damage the tower ski pull on my X-9 when I backed into my storage unit door that was not completely raised. Does anyone know of a company that could repair this for me? Zeroflex apparently is no longer around and Mastercraft does not have parts.

Im in Southern Ca.

Thanks for any advice!

Call Wayne at New Dimensions. I thought they made the Zero Flex Towers.

I bought one from "sodar" on this forum when mine was broke. I'm pretty sure it was just an extra part laying in his garage, but maybe the pic will help you. This is what it looks like so you may have only broken the threaded part.

Here is a thread suggesting Atwood and New dimensions who are both still in business.

Thank you! I actually talked to Wayne before I posted and he said his parts wouldnít fit. Kind of frustrating.

Take it to a local metal fabrication shop, it can be repaired.

Thatís where Iím at. I disassembled the light and the threaded portion is the only thing broken. Iíll need to also machine a piece of Teflon or nylon for the ski tow but I have the old one for specs.

Thanks.

Your aren't the only one to have to remake one. I made one on a lathe pretty easy. There is a PDF on post #11.
