Hate to say it but while there are some great lake people out there I've certainly run into a ton of real $hit heals as well. Sad to see someone trying to make a positive thing drilled by a few rotten apples.

From someone who enforced zoning for many years until a month ago, I'd bet money that is the case. I had to take similar actions over the years. Granted nothing as infuriating as this story.

Yeah I have had my battles with zoning over the years. Typically its out of sight out of mind with them, but if someone calls they have to enforce the laws regardless how dumb they may be.

Sad, that you can't have good ole' fun time anymore without making sure your in compliance first.
