Get Well Soon Rusty

https://www.google.ca/amp/s/wesh.rel...?client=safari

Rusty was hit by a car the other day and appears to have broken his leg based on his instagram account. Thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery, and wishes for a long, hard, dark stay in prison for the guy that hit him (may have a double meaning there...)

Sounds like Rusty is going to be getting a big check.... maybe for the rest of his life since a broke leg can affect his ability to make a living.....

Whatever the mustang guy has is about to be all gone along with everything else he will have for the rest of his life....

It's probably normal in the US but how come they name the guy who looks like he did it (and state he did it) but then Rusty is an "alleged victim"

surely it should it not be Rusty IS the victim (he got run over after all) and the driver is the "alleged" perpetrator until convicted?
