92 prostar 190 ho timing

sorry if i missed it in all the docs but what is the timing supposed to be on the HO 190? i'm getting a bit of a hard start when hot and want to eliminate that from the possibilities.

i found it for the regular engine I was just not sure if the HO was different is why I was curious.
