That's one of those cases where for every dollar of restoration you put in, you would be lucky to get a cent of resale value out of it.

I think its great case of when you do a restoration, stick to the original design and do very little customizing. The floor and paint thrown patterns look great......to a select few.

I went through the build thread. The one thing i didn't like was when he screwed down the plywood, it didn't seem as though he was glassing the wood before installing, but rather after it was screwed it. So only half the plywood is covered in resin. Other than that though looked like a well done restoration and was well documented. Nothing worse then claiming new stringers and floors, yet you have ZERO pictures

Maybe, maybe not..

Who knows...he could be hoarding gold in that thing. He probably uses it as extra weight, then if the apocalypse happens while he’s boating, he can still get gas to keep going.
