Which Adhesive?

One of my winter layup projects is to re-glue a couple of edges of my Seadeck swim platform pad on my fiberglass swim platform.

What adhesive or glue should I be using for this? My swim platform is black so ideally the adhesive would be a dark color.

I would give Seadeck a call and get their suggestion.

I've read suggestions for 3m 90 spray adhesive.

Not sure why I did not think to just call Seadeck (Thanks Blackhawk) but I just did.

They said to use an acrylic-based super glue. Seriously.

https://www.gorillatough.com/product...la-super-glue/ This is acrylic based.

But, after seeing that 3M black gasket maker stuff, it has me thinking.

I'm going to try one corner of super glue and see how it does/looks.

My neighbor who works at a MC dealer told me to use Super Glue - I was very skeptical but two years later, it is still stuck very well.

I did end up using super glue (still seems weird) but glad to hear it's holding well!
