209 windshield

Sitting in the den and hear a massive sonic boom. Something must have fallen out of our above garage storage and hit the windshield of the boat. Still can't figure out what it was but glass was shattered all on the inside. Its one of the front curved pieces. Any idea on where to source or if lexan etc could be used?

Lexan will look much different, you will want to replace with OE glass.

I would make a call to my home owners insurance carrier tomorrow.

I don't know if the windshield is the same or not, but I would contact 46Chief.

looks like MC got lean on its manufacturing at some point and used the same windshield on the 209/190 and just put larger center windows in. Might have a match. Thank god for 46cheif. Can't say enough for meeting stand up killer folks on this board! And to think 2 weeks ago I was thinking about going to another brand.

Awesome. You lucked out needing a starboard since that is all he has. Glad it all worked out.

Lucked out doesn't really cover it. Appears a small dip warmer was the culprit along with a dying cardboard box

I guess you could say, "Amid your bad luck, you lucked out on a replacement windshield."
