I love the character of the old rovers but I think the British definition of "brick $hithouse" is different than mine.

Yeah, I know--you're a Land Cruiser guy.I was looking for a FJ60 when I came across this!

I already have Toyota products in the quiver--a '13 4Runner Trail and a '11 FJ Cruiser...Needed the Rover to balance out the reliability situation! That being said, there isn't a whole lot to go wrong w/ the 1940's technology in the S3.

Thanks--the color looks great in person I think. Nicely understated.

I've been driving it more since we decided to sell it and I have to say, it's getting harder to let it go. That being said, still need that garage space!

A buddy of mine had a Series II for awhile in high school, it was a lot of fun to tool around town in.

Then he woke up and got an FJ40

All that said, sweet find! I keep finding myself wheeling my FJ40 less and making it more street worthy so it is more fun to drive around town.
