Here's one of the many projects we started. Want to turn it into a dune buggy, but haven't found the right body for it in good shape. I guess I forgot to take a pic when it was complete. All I have is the vid below...

I bought this a few years back, sold the lt1, and bought another engine to make a strip-only car, but free time is hard to come by these days...
This is the pretty side

The '89 K5 is looking good. I still can't believe you tracked it down. Not sure my daughter is going to be using my '72 as her daily driver-we'll wait and see.

My 16 year old drives it to school every day with her 14 yr old sister. So cute together...

That was the 1.8T, right? I'm sticking with Stage 1. Plenty of zip for around town and, from what I have read, Stage 2 will ultimately require that I replace my clutch with something more robust.

I posed my '96 Impala SS like that once. Not as badass as a Shelby, but the car was the hot lick back in the 90s. I sold it a few years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if now it is a low rider with tinted windows and 20 inch wheels that keep spinning when the car stops at a light.

Yep, the 1.8t. The new 2.0 has a lot of potential.

My brother still has one of those SS's. That car rides like a dream.

Very nice collection!!! I can see where your loyalty resides. Nothing drives like the Ultimate Driving Machine. Are you a member of the BMWCCA? I have been a member for 14 years and still have my first one; E36 M3/4 - it used to be my daily driver now it's more of weekend track rat. Got my eye on a few E92 M3's in the area.....Drool. I am more of a NA guy and not sure I like the idea of the triple turbo I6 coming in the new M3.

That's just insane!! I don't think the E36 even had a tow capacity. That has to be just murder on his clutch.

I am hoping to pick this car up sometime next week. Carrera 4. It should tow a boat w. 4 wheel drive.
