For me to look in my bin; next step:

Capture a few photographs of the current rudder port. These things came in different styles / sizes from time to time, often overlapping the same is some years.

Mostly the port(s) varied in size (diameter) just a tiny bit. Once instance for me; I had to enlarge the hole in the hull for a newer year port to fit. No big deal there and the rudder fit just fine.

The OD of the port and the length of the sleeve would help me compare to several spares I have. Then a photograph of the part inside the boat. Base plates can vary and the connection to the rudder stem.

1 1/4 shaft diameter, 3 5/8 top of base to top of port, 4 1/16 x 4 1/16 base plate side to side, holes 2 3/4 on center. Port is already out of boat so i can't send a photo in boat.

Thank you for the helpful information.

I have three in a spare bin but none of them would fit. They go to older boats (which I knew) but I thought by chance one may come close.

Apology for not being any help at all.

Thanks for the photographs too. That one has seen its better days.

Go over on one of the face place sites and inquire. There are a lot of folks there that actually work on boats to make them run so there are parts there that one would overlook without asking.

Best luck. I'll keep an eye out for your need.

PS: on a second look, the crack at the base of the sleeve may can be fixed. I have seen props and skegs (tracking fins) in bad shape and a prop guy has fixed the bad spots. Not 100% certain I'd go that route...just a thought.

I have one that looks just like that. Is the plate that meets up to the hull supposed to be flat? Mine has a bend to it that does not appear to match the hull
