Trick to remove sheared-off impeller cover screw?

I noticed some water dripping from the impeller cover. Closer observation showed a screw was missing. Then I noticed it laying on the bottom of the engine well. Somehow it was sheared off with nothing to grab onto to extract the screw (not going to blame my buddy who helped winterize it last fall...). Of course this is one of the two screws that are directly behind the pylon. Any ideas on how to get that out?

Easy, remove the other two along with cover. You should have threads sticking out, get small vise grip and spin out. Those are brass so shouldn't be tight.
