Seat mildew help!

Hey everyone! Just bought a 1988 tristar. The seats are structurally sound and the vinyl is still good (no rips/tears in the seat backs. But this mildew is driving me insane! Can I remove this or do I have to recover it or get a new seat? Thanks for your help!

P.S. I just bought the boat so I don't know how long the stains have been there

Or, Autozone and get a jug of "Super Clean" if you are needing to do it today. Just make sure to rinse really well if you use it and wear gloves.

Sodar's method is awesome however mildew will come back unless you clean with white vinegar. I recommend the sodar method, then 50% vinegar solution, then 303
