Not yet. My adjuster was out of the office Friday, supposedly returning Monday but her line still goes straight to voicemail. So Iíve been talking to random ones. They still havenít reviewed the police report.

word of caution, if the other party claimed you were at fault or both parties were at fault, there may be something of that nature included in the police report ...

I have also found a lot of the time insurance companies will not try to fight with another insurance company about where fault lies, therefore you still end up with a hit on your insurance and likely increase in your premiums.

Luckily the police report is very descriptive about what happened and who is at fault.
