Looking to buy 1994 Prostar- need advise

Hello All,

Been looking at the site for quite some time now and a friend of mine's dad is going to be selling his 1994 Prostar 205. It only has 430 hrs and from the pictures he sent me, it almost looks brand new. Hull is great, he just had 2 seats redone and the rest is said to be perfect. It has always been kept in garage. We offered $11k and he accepted. Just want to make sure we are not making a mistake with this model. It is also coming with matching trailer, barefoot boom, fly high pole, fat sac.

Thanks!!

Great boat! EFI engine, great wake and tracks better than subsequent 205 hulls. You made the right choice!

Thats a great model and at those hours sounds like a decent price. Is it fuel injected or carb ?

Yep, perfect! A great boat, great ski wake and open bow. Did you get the LT1 or standard 350? Either way, $11k is a good deal. Decent hours too....I'm around 500 I think and it's been a great boat. Lets see some pics!

I was specifically looking for 94-95 205's. Best ski hull and EFI starting in 94.
