Definitely the premium audio and touchscreen package.

Decided your XStar wasn’t a good fit?

Yes and no. I can surf behind it, I am a beginner still(less than one year). I really don't regret buying it at all, it is clean runs good lots of room. I just just seeing what my possibilities are on upgrading.

If I don't buy another one I will be fine, but won't walk away from an good opportunity either.

Ya I am getting a good wake but not consistently. Seems like it changes everytime we stop and start over.

The XT23 has more freeboard then the X30, the hull designs between the two are quite different. The XT23 sits a fair amount higher in the water due to the increased freeboard, I'd expect the XT23 would do a bit better in rough water as well...

Also worth checking out the XT22 owners thread as some of those experiences are similar between the two boats. Good luck in your search!

just got a 2018 xt21. surfed great out of the box and have added 400lbs of lead weight but haven't gotten out yet. have not heard about the 765 wake makers. do they plug right in? that would be an incredible wave. 23 was a out of price range. read in some other posts that guys liked the surf wave of the xt21 better than the xt23. either way the XT seiries you can't go wrong for your family

In my VERY humble opinion, the XT22 is the sweet spot. More ballast, bigger fuel tank, more weight and passenger capacity than the XT23. Obviously it really comes down to pickle or no pickle. But I wouldn’t pass one up if I had a chance (and I didn’t).

The beam on the XT23 and XT22 is wider than that of the shorter XT boats, however as dmgimenez rightly pointed out, they are all performers (20’ on up)

i agree the 22 is prob the sweet spot. i have gone back to loving a traditional bow so the 23 was out of range. i would take 21,22, or 23 if i got a deal without hesisitation. i had a 2015 nxt 20 so huge upgrade for me going to 2018 xt21. next one will go bigger again!!!!!
