What cam

I have a 1984 351W Iím going to put flow tech heads on it should I replace the cam. Should I look at getting a roller cam or would a regular camera work also does anybody know what the cam specs are for a 1984 351W?

If you are going to be there, then you might as well upgrade the cam too. If you call any of the major companies (crane, comp, edlebrock, etc.) and give them your engine information, they will give you some options for the best set up.
