97 prostar 190

Entertaining the idea of letting the prostar 190 go due to changing priorities. What is believed to be the current market price for a 3 owner 97 equipped with LT-1 and 1.5:1 in pretty good shape? Engine and hull have 710 hours. Original interior and carpet some seams are cracking, has one rope burn on sundeck.

Thanks, Grip

I sold a stock 190 with a 350 Chevy with 650 hours last year for $12.7. I fixed all my blown out seams, cleaned up, fixed the trailer and cleaned the heck out of it. Yours looks to be in overall better shape but that interior has the same seams ripping and an interior is about $3500. I don't think you're out of line at $14K but 190s don't move that quickly so it's a balancing act between how long you want to hold it and how badly you want to move it.

Paid 10k for a Ď96 Prostar LT1 (no slot) with 600 hrs last year.
Yours looks to be in a little better shape and Iíll probably be doing an interior in the next year or two but it was the best one (mechanically) I could afford.
Think youíre pretty close on the price FWIW.

Sold my '97 with LT1 and Powerslot with 900+ hours for $10K 2 years ago. It was in excellent condition, although the purple wasn't as desirable as your red is. I know I could have held out for a little more, but it went to a friend of a forum member.

Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated! I will be listing per the ad, I have a little wiggle room but believe it is probably priced correctly. If anyone knows of someone interested in such, please send them my way.

Thanks, Grip
