$12,800 a good price for a 1995 Prostar 205?

Have an opportunity to buy my friend's 1995 Prostar 205 with a 5.7 EFI with just under 500 hours. Its in very good shape, was able to pull a few skiers and put it through the paces last fall. He would include about $500 worth of tubes, ropes, skis, wakeboard pylon, etc. Any thoughts/comments are appreciated.

Thanks, I appreciate your input. It does have one small problem, there is a spot in the stern between back seat and engine cover where the floor board is soft/broken. I am told there is a relatively easy fix for this. Thoughts?

If you plan to keep the back seat in, take that piece and spin it 180 degrees to put the soft spot under the seat. This may work with seat out too.
When you drill the holes in the new spot, use large washers or a thin metal plate underneath.
Or you can buy a new piece of honeycomb aluminum and get some carpet.

Agree good deal. Great boat, especially if you are a skier.

1995 205, great hull, back seat out and 1/4 tank of gas, skies like a 190.
