05 X-Star

Hey guys, I'm looking at an 05 X-Star with extremely low hours. Everything looks to be in perfect shape. The only drawback is that there is not a trailer (not a deal breaker) and I'll have to ship it 700 miles. Asking price is $39,500 and I've negotiated it down a little. What do you think?

I was thinking around $3k for a good used one. It will live in a boathouse so it's not a deal breaker for me.

Tough to give an opinion on value without option details and pics.

Not real sure. The guy selling it didn't have a story on it.

A barn find... with no trailer???

this is a weird one. sure looks new, but with less than 1/2 the hours i put on in 1 season on a boat that's 2 years older than mine... i'd be worried about the seals in the engine. 50 hours on a 10 year old boat is too low.

Does anyone have a boathistory.com account that could run the ID number?
